Every Thursday and Friday evening, we transform our cozy cafe into a pizza paradise, offering a delectable selection of handcrafted pizzas made with thoughtfully sourced, high quality ingredients.

We bake our handcrafted pizzas in a stone hearth oven, resulting in a crispy, yet chewy crust that becomes the perfect base for the freshest toppings. Our pizza dough recipe is the result of countless hours of work combining a blend of organic whole-grains, high hydration and long fermentation (up to 72 hours!). Much like our bread, this technique yields an airy, open structure that delivers maximum flavor and texture, as well as enhanced nutrition and ease of digestion.
