We love to knead; we knead to love.

Bakers are very lucky people. We have a profession that provides both pleasure and nourishment to a community. The way we make it, and the way we share it reflects something deeper and more profound about what life is all about. Bread is ancient. Bread is biochemistry. Bread is essential. Bread is countless early morning hours and the heat of the hearth.
