A lighter rye flavor than the Deli or Onion Rye loaves makes this bread our most versatile rye loaf yet. An unbleached wheat flour base allows for the  accentuated flavor of the stone ground whole rye. Great dipped in herbed olive oil, for a grilled sandwich, or even French toast!
